With these premises, the Anselmi flavor “Pistachio Pesto with Cervia Salt” is born, the result of the fusion of two extremely high-quality raw materials, Bronte pistachios and Cervia Salt – also known as “the Popes’ salt, a whole salt with a sweet taste, obtained through the evaporation of seawater and natural drying and consisting almost exclusively of pure sodium chloride, without the use of additives.
The Anselmi Pistachio Pesto is thus enriched by delicate contrasts and deep balances, capable of bringing together and enhancing two different ingredients that harmoniously combine, adding value to each other in their skillful union.
The Anselmi Pistachio Pesto can be used as a topping on ice cream as well as a fundamental ingredient in pastry, in variable quantities depending on needs and preferences. When paired with pastry cream, it can be used pure or as an ideal base for delicious fillings.
